In the app (quickest)
- Open Domeleo and tap your picture at the top.
- Tap Online & sign-in.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Without the app
Email privacy@domeleo.com from the email address you sign in with, and write “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Everything that is yours, right away and for good:
- Your sign-in and your email address
- Your profile: name, photo, birthday, phone number and everything else you filled in
- Photos and videos you added (also in shared albums), and your messages, stories, comments, hearts and tags
- Your wishes and gift reservations, time-capsule contents and world-map entries
- Your link to the family, notification settings, calendar link and weekly email
What stays
Things that belong to the whole family stay for the others: shared plans, lists, calendar entries, recipes and shared expenses. There, and in the family tree, you are shown only as “Former member”. Server backups are overwritten after at most 7 days.
Deleting can't be undone. Before deleting, you can download everything: tap your picture at the top → Download all our memories.
